About Naura Pharma LLP
Our Name
We are named after Naura—the ancient port identified with modern-day Kannur on the Malabar Coast of Kerala. The name appears in the Periplus of the Erythraean Sea, a Greek navigational text from the 1st century CE, marking it as one of the earliest recorded trading centers on the Indian Ocean rim.
For centuries, ships from Rome, Arabia, Persia, and beyond anchored here, drawn by spices, timber, and the promise of fair exchange. The port stood at the beginning of Limyrike—the pepper coast—and helped weave the threads of commerce between East and West long before the age of empires.

What We Do
Naura Pharma LLP is primarily an export based, pharmaceutical sourcing and trading company based in Vasai, Maharashtra. We facilitate the international supply of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), intermediates, excipients, and chemicals.
Our work sits at the intersection of logistics, regulatory compliance, and relationship-building—connecting manufacturers with markets, ensuring quality standards are met, and seeing that materials arrive where they are needed, when they are needed.
We do not manufacture. We enable. Our value lies in our network, our attention to documentation, and our understanding of the complexities that govern global pharmaceutical trade.
The Founders
Rajina Harischandran and Ashwin Harischandran established Naura Pharma LLP in 2022, and later incorporated Naura Pharma LLP, as a limited liability partnership under Indian Law in November 2022.
